To meet the customer's demand for proximity, Dezhi Automotive Parts (Rizhao) Co., Ltd. is the second die-casting production enterprise invested by Swiss DGS Group in China after Guangzhou Dezhi Metal Products Co., Ltd. It was established in Rizhao City, Shandong Province in 2018. Based on DGS technology, we provide domestic automobile manufacturers with aluminum alloy high-pressure die-casting parts for body structural components, battery packs, motor brackets, front-end modules, and other related fields.

The Dezhi Rizhao factory has currently invested 450 million yuan, including 6 sets of 2500T-4400T Buhler fully automatic die-casting units, 2 imported heat treatment furnaces, 7 five axis machining centers, AGV transfer and other highly automated equipment. Starting from early 2021, it has started mass supply of Daimler Benz shock absorber towers, rear longitudinal beams, battery pack end plates and other products, and has gradually expanded to include Brilliance BMW Volvo、 More vehicle manufacturers such as Jixing and GAC Aion have business. Dezhi Rizhao Company will integrate the global resources of DGS Group to achieve a modern die-casting production mode with high technological content, high automation, and high informatization. This is a key strategic layout for DGS to meet the needs of global customers.
